Our client is a global, private-equity backed SaaS organisation with a strong footprint across North America, Europe, and APAC. With circa 650 employees worldwide and a thriving APAC operation, the business is scaling rapidly.
The APAC region is one of the company's highest-growth markets, operating with a "startup within a global" feel. Fast-paced, commercially sharp, and highly empowered. Backed by significant investment, the business is now seeking a skilled and steady Marketing Director to lead end-to-end marketing across APAC.
Role
Reporting to the global VP of Marketing (US-based), this role leads the full marketing strategy for the APAC business, including brand, digital, demand generation, content, events, PR/communications, and product marketing.
You will manage and optimise a US$3M marketing budget, own regional marketing performance, and lead a team across digital, campaigns, brand, and Sales Representatives. This is a highly hands-on leadership role: strategic at the top, tactical at the coalface, and central to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive rapid growth across multiple solutions and brands in the APAC portfolio.
Lead, coach, and elevate a multi-disciplinary marketing and sales development representative team.
Oversee all demand generation channels, metrics, optimisation, and reporting.
Partner closely with the APAC sales leadership to align marketing output with revenue outcomes.
Lead go-to-market plans, brand positioning, and media/press activity for the region.
Manage all digital strategy including SEO/SEM, web performance, content, analytics, and ABM.
Own event strategy including conferences, tradeshows, and customer events.
Build and embed a data-led marketing operations culture.
Play a key role in product marketing conversations and brand integration work across new offerings.
Act as a regional market expert on trends, competitive dynamics, customer insights, and product-market fit.
Qualifications
15+ years' experience in marketing leadership – with significant experience in SaaS B2B.
Deep capability across digital, SEO/SEM, paid performance, content, and demand generation.
Experience managing a broad remit across multi-brand, multi-product portfolios.
A track record of building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
Skilled in analytics, funnel dashboards, attribution, and ROI-driven decision making.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in PE-backed or scaling global environments.
Confidence navigating matrix structures and collaborating across time zones.
Benefits & Compensation
Base salary: $210K – $250K + 10% bonus.
