Job Summary
* This is a high-performance sales position that will drive growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to strengthen relationships with existing clients and establish new ones across commercial, end-user, and dealer networks.
* Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to delivery of the final product, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Directly engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products, including trays, canopies, and toolboxes.
* Maintain meticulous records of quotes and customer interactions using spreadsheets, ensuring no customer is left unattended.
* Regularly present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
* Oversee pricing strategy, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy.
* Collaborate with the workshop and planning teams on complex builds, including holding prestart meetings and detailing job orders.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies effectively.
Requirements:
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
