This highly successful Asia-Pacific organisation is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing B2C sales function across a multi-state territory. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who thrives on coaching sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building strong local market presence, while balancing commercial outcomes with a genuinely customer-first approach.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a defined region, leading an experienced field-based sales team responsible for delivering significant revenue and contract growth. This role goes beyond hitting targets – you'll shape strategy, uplift capability, and embed a strong performance and compliance culture. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, marketing and partnerships to unlock new growth opportunities and maximise market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop a B2C sales team of 12 across the state
* Drive revenue performance and contract volume across the region
* Implement sales strategies to grow market share and enter new segments
* Embed a strong coaching culture through hands‐on, shoulder‐to‐shoulder leadership
* Support new business development and partnership‐led opportunities
* Ensure compliant, customer‐centric sales processes are consistently followed
* Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise lead flow, systems, tools and reporting
* Build strong local market engagement and brand presence
What We're Looking For Essential
* 5+ years' experience in sales leadership within a B2C environment (financial services or retail backgrounds are highly regarded)
* Proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams to exceed targets
* Strong commercial acumen with a customer‐first mindset
* Experience managing large revenue targets and multi‐location teams
* Confident operating in structured, regulated environments
