Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a Client & Operations Coordinator to support our internal operations and help keep our systems, documentation, and processes running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on administration and operations role supporting the ICS team across HR documentation, CRM management, event coordination, social media assistance, and general business support.
As the Client & Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating internal processes, and supporting both the team and our clients. You’ll work across multiple systems and platforms, ensuring information is organised, up to date, and easily accessible.
The role also offers a clear development pathway into a client-facing Virtual Assistant (VA) role, where you’ll support ICS clients directly with administrative and operational tasks as your skills and experience grow.

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations Support
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the ICS team
* Assist with document management, filing systems, and internal processes

HR Documentation & Office Support
* Assist with the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of HR documentation
* Support onboarding documentation and internal records
* Assist with general office coordination and administration tasks
CRM & Client Systems Management
