The successful candidate will lead the continued growth and development of a new campus, catering to students in Years 9–12. They will oversee all aspects of teaching and learning, student wellbeing, and day-to-day operations while working collaboratively within the broader school community.

This role is responsible for facilitating holistic learning programs and ensuring compliance against established standards. The Head of School will work closely with other Heads of School and senior leaders to drive excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Ensure compliance against school policies and procedures, including the development and implementation of operational plans.
">
* Manage the day-to-day running of the allocated location(s), including student and staff support and management.
">
* Lead a functional unit with complex objectives and significant resources, applying solution-focused approach to managing inefficiencies.
">
* Assist with planning, proposals, and implementations of school improvements, demonstrating proficiency within existing rules, regulations, procedures, and systems.
">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of effective teaching, learning, and classroom management practices. They should demonstrate experience as an exemplary teacher, capacity for educational leadership, and ability to lead a team and work within a team.
