Base pay range
A$99,455.00/yr - A$102,039.00/yr
* Full time fixed term until the 31st of December 2026
* Exciting role focused on designing and delivering meaningful co-curricular experiences for our Equity students
* Base Salary $99,455 - $102,039 + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
As the Co-Curricular Programs Coordinator (MySydney), you will design and deliver engaging co-curricular programs for the MySydney student cohort. You will co-create initiatives with students, coordinate with teams across the University, and support program delivery and evaluation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with and supporting diverse and under-represented groups to join a dynamic and collaborative team in a student-facing role.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
* work in a cohesive and collaborative team reporting into the Manager, Pathways and Participation
* coordinate and manage events and initiatives aligned to key student experience strategies, delivered at scale and across diverse cohorts
* engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote and deliver student-led programs
* support and mentor MySydney scholars and student leaders to co-design, deliver, and evaluate impactful co-curricular programs
* contribute to program reporting and analysis using student feedback, survey data, and institutional metrics
* support governance processes, program administration, communications, and student engagement across various platforms including social media
About you
* demonstrated project development and management skills (including event coordination) with experience managing multiple streams of work concurrently
* previous experience working in the education sector or in a student-facing role
* a strong motivation to support diverse and under-represented groups in a sensitive manner with previous experience working on diversity and equity programs will be highly regarded
* developed stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to manage communications across multi-disciplinary teams and faculties
* secretariat and governance experience, with the ability to organise committee forums, take minutes and coordinate action register and accountability of stakeholders
* proven ability to take initiative and problem solve
* strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
