This is a permanent full-time position commencing as soon as possible in the education sector.
The Position
We are seeking a diligent and cooperative Compliance Officer to manage a caseload of applications for teacher registration which require fit and proper assessment, including criminal record checks. You will work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, assisting in the implementation of plans, strategies and policies to ensure that investigations into breaches of regulatory frameworks are handled effectively.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience and skills in delivering regulation and/or compliance activities in an education environment
* Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policy or regulatory frameworks
* Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Organisational skills, including reviewing and improving workflow processes and prioritising work

* Current Screening Clearance Number issued by the relevant authority
