Insurance Claims Specialist Role
We are seeking skilled and experienced professionals to join our Member Service Performance team as Insurance Claims Specialists. This is a dynamic opportunity for individuals who possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a caseload of claims and interact with members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of claims and ensuring timely finalization of claims for claimants.
* Liaising directly with claimants to follow up and progress the claims process.
* Assisting with reporting and tracking of claims status.
* Documenting processes and updating current procedures and policies as required.
Requirements:
* Experience or an interest in the insurance space.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
