An exciting opportunity is available for a Medical Management Facilitator to join the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network.
In this key role, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Clinical Director Emergency and Acute (Port Pirie and Wallaroo) and the wider Medical Services team.
You will play an integral part in ensuring the effective delivery of medical workforce services, supporting medical staff, locums, and fee-for-service arrangements across the region.
Key Responsibilities Provide professional executive support to senior medical leaders and teams.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and contracts for medical staff.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including visiting specialists and health agencies.
Support projects, prepare reports, and coordinate meetings and documentation.
Ensure compliance with awards, agreements, and workforce policies.
About You We are looking for a motivated, organised professional with:
Proven administrative or executive support experience at a senior level.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
High-level attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of SA Health systems and policies (desirable).
