About the role
Cake Matters Shepparton is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in our Shepparton, VIC 3630 bakery. This full-time role will see you contributing to the production of a wide range of high-quality baked goods, playing a key part in upholding our reputation for excellence.

What you'll be doing
* Preparing and baking a variety of cakes, other baked products according to recipes and production requirements
* Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of baked goods
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Collaborating with the wider team to meet production targets
* Following all health, safety and food hygiene procedures
What we're looking for
* At least 1 year experience working as a Baker or Pastry Chef preferred in a commercial bakery setting.
* Baking experience requirements are flexible and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
* Strong practical baking skills and expertise in producing a wide variety of baked goods
* Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene protocols
