Heritage Lifecare is one of New Zealand's leading aged care providers, with a network of care homes and villages dedicated to providing a better quality of life for residents and staff.
We are embarking on a strategic project – ElevateHR – to strengthen and modernize our People & Culture practices. We're looking for an experienced Project Specialist to help us deliver it.
This role involves delivering practical improvements to our P&C systems, processes, and documentation. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure we align best practice with the unique needs of aged care.
Responsibilities will include undertaking project work within agreed timeframes and scope, engaging stakeholders through surveys and workshops, and turning insights into updated policies and guides that are clear and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake the ElevateHR project work within agreed timeframes and scope.
* Engage stakeholders through surveys and workshops.
* Turn insights into updated policies and guides that are clear and easy to use.
* Use NZ HR best practice to benchmark improvements.
* Support communication and training to embed new processes across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR/People & Culture background knowledge, experience in project work, preferably in HR Advisory, payroll, and recruitment. They should also be able to draft, review, and embed workplace policies, supporting documents, and workflows.
