Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Reserve Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces.
* Maintenance Schedules:
o You will develop and maintain work programs to ensure our reserves are well-maintained.
o Schedule preparation is also part of your role, ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently.
* Horticultural Equipment Operations:
o You will safely operate various horticultural equipment to maintain the grounds.
* Gardening Responsibilities:
o Landscaping, garden refurbishment, pruning, litter removal, fertilising, mowing, mulching, and general garden/turf maintenance are all part of your responsibilities.
Key Skills:

* Self-motivation with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to adhere to WHS and industry standards.
* Experience with parks and gardens maintenance and operation of related plant and equipment.
