About The Role
The Local Telecommunications Representative performs the role of local telecommunications representative for the Health Service. The role provides effective administration management to the unit for all landlines, mobile phones, pagers and other telecommunication activities, ensuring optimum performance in the delivery of ICT services.
About You
* High level knowledge and skills in the management of all landlines, mobile phones, smart devices, pagers and other local telecommunications activities.
* High level computer skills in the use of corporate information systems and Microsoft products.
* High level administrative and organisational skills.
* High level oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills including the ability to prepare instructions, reports and system documentation.
* High level knowledge or the ability to acquire knowledge in financial processing activities including the use of financial software such as S4hana.
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
