EXCAVATOR OPERATORS – MULTIPLE POSITIONS About the Role
We are seeking several experienced Excavator Operators to join our civil team. You will operate a modern fleet of low‐hour machines and work across a variety of civil projects in Adelaide and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate excavators safely and efficiently on civil construction sites
* Perform deep trenching, pile lifting, and GPS Final Trim
* Use GPS‐guided systems where required (beneficial but not essential)
* Conduct daily machine checks, maintenance, and digital pre‐starts
* Report machine or site issues via mobile applk
* Maintain high safety standards and contribute to a positive site culture
Beneficial for the Role
* Valid Excavator Ticket and White Card
* Minimum 4 years' excavator operating experienceStrong skills in deep trenching, pile lifting, and final trim
* Knowledge of machine maintenance and general upkeep
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team
* Additional tickets (Roller, Skid Steer, First Aid) highly regarded
* MC licence (advantageous but not essential)
SKILLED LABOURERS – MULTIPLE POSITIONS About the Role
We are also seeking multiple Skilled Labourers to support our civil crews across Adelaide and regional SA. These roles suit individuals with hands‐on civil experience who are reliable, safety‐focused, and eager to grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with trenching, pipe laying, concreting, and general civil tasks
* Perform manual labour safely and efficiently
* Support operators and supervisors as required
* Maintain clean and organised work areas
* Participate in daily pre‐starts and follow all safety procedures
Beneficial for the Role
* White Card (essential)
* Civil construction experience
* Ability to operate small plant and equipment
* Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets (highly regarded)
* Physically fit and capable of manual labour
* Drivers licence and reliable transport
* Current police check or willingness to obtain one
* Additional tickets (Roller, Skid Steer, First Aid) highly regarded
