We're looking for passionate and reliable Chefs, Cooks, and Prep Chefs to join our kitchen team as we head into a busy season on the coast.
About the Role
You'll be working alongside a supportive and experienced Head Chef and team to deliver consistently high-quality meals in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
Depending on your role and experience, duties may include:
* Food preparation and service during lunch and dinner shifts
* Assisting with menu prep and stock rotation
* Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
* Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
* Supporting and mentoring junior staff (for senior roles)
About You
We're after team players with a great attitude and a genuine love of food. The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience as a Chef, Cook, or Prep Chef in a busy kitchen environment
* A strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* A passion for producing quality food and working in a collaborative team
