Project Officer – Conduct and Integrity Office (Targeted)

Employment Type: Full Time (35 hours per week)

Duration: Continuing

Remuneration: Level 6 $103,866 - $110,801 (depending on experience) + 17% super + leave loading

Location: Kensington, NSW (hybrid)

About the Role

As a Project Officer in the Conduct and Integrity Office (CIO), you will contribute to work that strengthens ethical behaviour across the University.

In this role you will support a diverse and evolving portfolio of projects, including improving how complaints are managed, developing guidance for case managers, and supporting major policy and procedure implementation, such as the Complaints Management and Investigations Policy and Procedure (CMIPP).

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting the delivery of CIO projects and initiatives aligned to strategic and operational goals
* Assisting with project planning, scheduling and coordination across the project lifecycle
* Monitoring progress, tracking risks and issues and supporting project reporting
* Coordinating meetings, workshops and project administration, including minutes and follow‐ups
* Developing clear and effective communications for internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting change management activities to embed new processes and policies
* Building strong relationships across the University and with key stakeholders
* Contributing to improving processes and procedures for managing complaints and integrity matters
* Supporting governance requirements to ensure projects are delivered within established frameworks

About You

* Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing demands
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
* The ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and simplify complex information
* Initiative, adaptability and a willingness to learn quickly on the job
* The ability to work both collaboratively and independently

Experience in project support, complaints handling, customer service or policy environments will be highly regarded. An understanding of or interest in integrity, compliance or trauma‐informed environments is a bonus but not essential.
