8/6 Roster – Based in Henderson
We’re seeking a Mobilisation Officer to join our team at our Henderson depot. This position operates on an 8/6 roster (Thursday–Thursday) with flexible start and finish times, followed by six days off. You’ll work in a shared role alongside a counterpart on an alternate roster, with a handover day built in for smooth continuity.
This role is central to ensuring our field personnel are mobilised efficiently and compliantly to sites across Western Australia. It’s busy, detail‑driven work that requires accuracy, initiative and a strong customer‑service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate mobilisation of personnel for shutdown and project works
* Review employee qualifications and ensure all pre‑mobilisation requirements are met
* Book and manage flights, travel and accommodation
* Arrange inductions, police clearances, medicals and ongoing compliance
* Provide support for ad‑hoc mobilisation requirements
* Deliver a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum one year of experience in a mobilisation role
* A positive attitude and dynamic, solutions‑focused approach
* Strong time‑management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
* Confidence in problem‑solving under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
* Proven capability in building and maintaining internal and external relationships
* Experience with INX or similar workflow systems (highly advantageous)
* Knowledge of the crane industry (preferred but not essential)
