Our Client:
Our client is Australia's largest water and waste management company, employing over 200,000 people worldwide. This prominent firm supplies water to more than 100 million people annually and significantly impacts the energy and resource management of our city. Due to the high volume of work, they are now looking for an Subcontractor Operations Admin Officer to join their team based in Wetherill Park on a full-time basis.
Your New Role:
* Prepare, distribute and maintain daily subcontractor runsheets.
* Process job confirmations and billing across platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
* Manage subcontractor portals and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
* Identify inefficiencies and escalate issues to drive process improvements.
* Ensure accurate data entry for effective management reporting.

About You:
* Previous experience in Administration, Data Entry, Scheduling or Coordinating.
* Experience in the Waste Management or Transport industry is highly desirable.
* Ability to work autonomously is essential.
* Proficient Word & Excel experience.
