Job Description
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing contracts and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
You will be responsible for preparing and negotiating contracts, managing subcontractor claims and payments, and supporting both construction and design teams to deliver project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Preparation and Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, variations, and progress claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Project Cost Management: Manage project costs, budgets, and cash flow, including forecasting and tender analysis.
* Liaison and Communication: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support project delivery and resolve issues.
* Invoice and Payment Processing: Review and process invoices, payments, and accruals in line with company procedures and the Security of Payments Act.
* Contract Record Keeping: Maintain contract records, reports, and financial systems to support project performance and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commerce.
* Experience: Prior experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry.
* Subcontract Management: Experience in all stages of subcontract management, including scope preparation, procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, claims/variations management, completion, and close-out.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Driver's License: Current C-Class driver's license.
