Their team is collaborative, positive, inclusive, and committed to making sustainable change.About the RoleTalentWeb is partnering with B Lab AANZ to hire an Events & Experience Manager to lead the design, delivery and evolution of the organisation's community events portfolio.The Events & Experience Manager is responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving B Lab AANZ's events and experiencee portfolio across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.This role ensures that B Lab's events, campaigns and community activation initiatives are cohesive experience touchpoints across the B Corp lifecycle – from onboarding through to recertification and collective action.Accountable for delivering and evolving the Events Strategy, this role evaluates effectiveness against engagement and retention outcomes, refines the events program, and develops its next iteration in alignment with organisational priorities.With a strong customer experience lens, the Events & Experience Manager:Designs experiences that enable B Corps to derive meaningful value from certificationCreates inclusive and purposeful spaces for connection, learning, collaboration and collective actionTranslates strategic priorities into well-executed engagement touchpointsUses data and community insights to drive continuous improvementWorking closely with the Head of Community Engagement and cross-functionally across the organisation, this is a leadership-through-delivery role that balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring initiatives are values-aligned, well-governed, data-informed and professionally delivered.Key Areas of ResponsibilityOwn the design, delivery and continuous refinement of the Events & Experience StrategyLead delivery of the annual events calendar across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, including in-person gatherings, online foundational events, campaign activations and community initiativesDesign and deliver experiences across the B Corp lifecycle, including onboarding, standards education and recertification engagementStrengthen consistency and quality across B Local-supported eventsDevelop and improve resources, templates and processes to enable and empower the B Lab team and broader B Corp communityEmbed consistent measurement and reporting rhythms to inform continuous improvementMonitor engagement data and dashboards to identify opportunities and potential risksProvide mentorship and support to the Senior Community Engagement CoordinatorRepresent B Lab AANZ at community and sector events as appropriate; noting this may involve some domestic and international travel as neededAbout YouYou will demonstrate:Experience designing and delivering complex events or experience-led programsStrong project management and budget management capabilityAbility to navigate complex and sometimes competing priorities with a calm and considered approachExperience translating strategy into hands-on deliveryExperience designing inclusive and high-quality community experiencesStrong stakeholder management and facilitation skillsStrong analytical skills and comfort working with dataExperience using Customer Relationship Management platforms (Salesforce preferred)Clear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to balance strategic thinking with operational excellenceApplicants must have full Australian working rights.Why Join B Lab AANZ?You will join a passionate and purpose-driven team committed to strengthening the B Corp movement across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.This is a permanent full-time role based in Collingwood, Melbourne, with hybrid working (minimum three days per week in-office).Salary range: $100,000 – $115,000 + Super, dependent on experience.The successful applicant will be employed by B Lab Australia & Aotearoa New Zealand Ltd, If you're passionate about values-led business and purposeful communication, we'd love to hear from you.
