Job Description
* Lead end‐to‐end supply chain across multiple contract manufacturers, ensuring accurate rolling forecasts, PO management, cost control and production continuity.
* Own sourcing and procurement, negotiate commercial terms, and build strong supplier and CM relationships.
* Manage domestic and international freight, optimising costs, routes, and reliability.
* Oversee 3PL and warehouse performance, enforce SLAs/KPIs, and drive accuracy, efficiency, and inventory discipline.
* Lead demand planning, forecasting and inventory management to maintain healthy stock levels and cash flow.
* Build scalable supply chain processes, tools and future‐ready systems (pre‐ERP environment).
* Own supply chain budgets across manufacturing, freight, warehousing and logistics, with strong financial governance.
* Drive QA standards, product specifications, COAs and supplier compliance.
* Develop and mentor a small but growing supply chain team, building capability, accountability and operational rhythm.
* Support international expansion through supply chain readiness, new market onboarding and network scalability.
The Successful Applicant
* A proven end‐to‐end supply chain leader with deep experience managing multiple contract manufacturers, rolling forecasts, PO cycles, and production schedules.
* Strong in procurement and commercial negotiation, able to build long‐term supplier and CM relationships.
* Hands‐on operator who understands freight, 3PL performance, warehousing flow, inventory health, and cost‐to‐serve.
* Skilled in demand planning, but not limited to it - able to balance planning with leadership, supplier management, and execution.
* Comfortable working in fast‐growth, low‐system, pre‐ERP environments, with the ability to build processes and structure from scratch.
* Financially savvy, with strong competency in budgets, cost analysis, cash cycle improvement and inventory optimisation.
* A calm, mature, accountable leader who develops people, drives accountability, and brings energy, clarity and direction.
* Strong communicator who collaborates well across Sales, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
* Agile thinker able to move quickly between Plan A, B and B.1 as the business scales locally and internationally.
* Experience scaling a business from small‐to‐mid and mid‐to‐large, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods.
