Leadership Opportunity
The Stromlo Leisure Centre seeks an experienced and motivated leader to oversee daily operations, focusing on safety and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of up to 30 staff members
* Provide exceptional guidance and leadership to ensure high-quality service provision
* Communicate effectively with patrons from diverse backgrounds
* Work a minimum of one Lifeguard shift per week
Requirements:
* Strong leadership experience
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
* National Police Check
* Working with Vulnerable People
* Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
* Current Pool Operations Certificate
