To support the company's next stage of development and strengthen its internal governance and HR capability, Career Boss Australia is seeking a highly experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee its human resources function.
About the Role
The Human Resource Manager is a senior management role responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support organisational growth, compliance, and workforce effectiveness.
This position requires extensive experience in group-level HR management, organisational restructuring, performance systems, and employment risk management. The role will work closely with senior management to ensure HR practices align with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement company-wide HR strategies, policies and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives
* Lead workforce planning, organisational structure design and HR system optimisation
* Oversee performance management frameworks, remuneration structures and incentive schemes
* Provide senior-level advice on employee relations, workplace compliance and risk management
* Manage executive and key position recruitment, succession planning and leadership development
* Design and deliver training and development programs for management and staff
* Ensure full compliance with Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements and HR best practice
* Analyse workforce efficiency and provide data-driven HR recommendations to management
* Liaise with external stakeholders including legal advisors and government bodies where required
Skills and Experience Required
* Bachelor degree or above
* Extensive senior-level HR experience (minimum 5 years) in complex or group enterprise environments
* Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, organisational transformation and workforce optimisation
* Proven experience advising senior executives and managing large or multi-entity workforces
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
