Accounting Firm | Flexible Start & Finish | Hybrid WFH

We are seeking a Reception / Administration Assistant to join our growing accounting firm. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of proven accounting administration experience who is looking to step into a supportive, professional, yet relaxed workplace.

You'll be the first point of contact for clients and provide essential administrative support to the team while enjoying flexibility, training, and career development opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum 12 months' experience in an administrative role within accounting or professional services
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of work
* Familiarity with ATO and ASIC processes
* A genuine desire to build a long-term career in accounting

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality admin support across accounting divisions
* Prepare invoices, correspondence, and client documentation
* Manage client queries via phone, email, and in person
* Maintain accurate client records and compliance requirements (ATO/ASIC)
* Assist with workflow tracking to meet deadlines
* Contribute to firm projects, improvements, and ad hoc tasks
