Leadership Role: Psychosocial Manager

This key leadership position reports to the Community Services Executive Manager and is responsible for overseeing multidisciplinary teams across aged care, disability, and mental health programs. The role involves coordinating services across caseworkers, coordinators, and social workers, leading a diverse team, and embedding the organization's Model of Care into team operations.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinating services across aged care, disability, and mental health programs

* Leading and inspiring a diverse team

* Embedding the organization's Model of Care into team operations

* Promoting person-centred case management and compliance in care plans and assessments

* Driving performance tracking, continuous improvement, and professional development

* Facilitating health promotion, community engagement, and team development initiatives

* Ensuring safe, culturally respectful, and values-aligned service delivery across all touchpoints

Requirements:

">

To qualify, you will need tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health, along with 2–3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a relevant health or social services field. Experience in an Aboriginal Medical Service is highly desirable.

Benefits:

This position offers a highly attractive remuneration package, including a base salary of circa $125,000 – $132,000 (commensurate with experience), plus super and benefits. You'll also enjoy supportive, purpose-driven organizational culture, relocation allowance (up to $5,000), and private use of an organization vehicle.
