**About the Role**:
The purpose of the System Performance Division is to leverage data as a strategic asset to improve educational outcomes. We do this by effectively curating, managing, and analysing data, providing advice and insight to support evidence-informed practices, and fostering a data literate culture.
System Performance is responsible for providing data analytics and business intelligence services to the Department for Education, and leads data governance.
The Office of the Executive Director is responsible for providing centralised business management, administration services, and leadership to the System Performance division. It also provides direct executive support to the Executive Director, System Performance. Building and demonstrating a culture of exemplary service, efficiency, and lean process is a core competency for this team.
The Administration Officer is responsible for the provision of a range of efficient and effective administrative support services for System Performance. They will provide a range of administrative assistance to support the effective day to day coordination of the division's activities and meet relevant work priorities and outcomes as well as contributing to the effective financial administration and client service delivery to meet the needs of the division. They also contribute to the support, delivery, and maintenance of efficient work practices within the division.
**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO3 $67,589 - $72,033 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading
