Clinical Measurement Scientist - Respiratory & Sleep
Queensland Health – Sunshine Coast region (SCHHS). The Respiratory and Sleep laboratories are based at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, with staff working across both disciplines and providing services at multiple sites within the health service area. Services are operationally supported through the Clinical Investigation Unit, a collection of clinical measurement disciplines including Respiratory, Sleep, Cardiac, Neurophysiology and Vascular Sonography.

Key responsibilities
Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the Respiratory and Sleep Clinical Measurement Service and the multi-disciplinary team, as well as engaging in career development activities to ensure maintenance of relevant registration and/or professional membership.
Maintain appropriate documentation and patient records in line with Departmental, Unit and Health Service procedures, and contribute to the maintenance of accurate and timely information systems (statistics collection, quality data).
Provide clinical practice and operational supervision to students and Allied Health Assistants.
Remuneration
Remuneration value up to $125 939 p.a., comprising salary rates $39.86 - $58.59 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (part time position, 72 hrs p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
