Our Client:
A leading producer with over 80 years of experience supplying fresh products nationwide to supermarkets, farms, commercial markets, airlines, hotels, and restaurants requires an experienced Production Administrator to join the team in Greendale.
The role:
Working closely with the Office Manager, you will work a 4-day week, Mon-Thu with hours of 6:30am - 4pm. Your starting hourly rate will be $35.15hr + super and your duties will be incredibly varied:
* Customer enquiries and orders - entering orders and keeping customers updated - email and phone
* Managing packing deadlines with other teams
* Organising daily delivery runs and dispatch
* Stock management and reconciliation
* Purchasing stock and receiving into system
* Pallet reconciliation (Using CHEP 2IC software)
* Ensuring a high standard of cleaning and sanitisation is met daily
* General office administration
* Other tasks as requested
This role is available for immediate start, and on the job training will be provided.
What you need to be successful in the role:
* Familiarity with Pronto and MS Excel software packages
* Min 2 years office administration and customer service
* Previous use of CHEP 2IC software is advantageous but not essential
* Strong organisation, communication and computer skills
* Ability to take ownership, work autonomously and deliver high level customer service
* Proven history of good teamwork and time management
* Weekend availability is essential on occasion
* Own transport is required, and parking is available on-site
