The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Support leadership development and coaching for managers and supervisors
* Identify training needs and create tailored development plans
* Partner with department heads to support continuous improvement

You're passionate about people and someone who thrives on helping others succeed. You're organized, energetic, and confident delivering training in both group and one-on-one settings.
You Bring:
* Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR within hospitality
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A collaborative approach with the ability to influence across departments
* Strong organizational and planning skills
