About the Role
We are seeking experienced Rehabilitation Consultants (OT / Physio / EP) to deliver high-quality workplace rehabilitation and injury management services. This is a contractor position, offering autonomy, flexibility and strong referral pathways.
You will work with injured workers, employers and insurers to facilitate safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct initial assessments and functional capacity evaluations
* Develop and implement return-to-work plans
* Liaise with employers, insurers and medical professionals
* Provide workplace assessments and ergonomic recommendations
* Deliver goal-focused, outcome-driven rehabilitation services
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
* Current AHPRA registration (OT/Physio) or ESSA accreditation (EP)
* Experience in occupational rehabilitation or injury management (preferred)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* ABN and relevant insurances (or willingness to obtain)
* Current driver's licence
