Employees can enjoy complimentary access to secure parking, ensuring the safety of their vehicles while at work.* **Team Culture** – Be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team across diverse clinical settings that values your skills and wellbeing.**Your Role as Enrolled Nurse**You'll provide holistic care to gusts at Hopewell Hospice working alongside Registered Nurses and Personal Care Workers.* Deliver holistic care and support to guests and families accessing the service, following relevant care plans and under the supervision of the clinical team* Observe, monitor, interpret, document and report signs and symptoms* Medication administration* Contribute to the formulation and implementation of care plans.* Assist in the orientation of new staff* Support guests with all aspects of daily living, including but not restricted to, personal care, associated light domestic duties and social/community participation* Provide guests with a physically and emotionally secure environment and promote their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, cultural and spiritual well-being**What We're Looking For*** *AHPRA Registration** Ability to provide high level nursing care within the Enrolled Nurse Scope of Practice* Demonstrated passion and commitment to connecting the community to the mission and vision of Hopewell Hospice* The ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and professionalism ensuring that the dignity and rights of guests and families are respected at all times* Proven high level teamwork and collaboration skills to achieve objectives and promote positive working relationships* Enthusiasm and highly effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.* Experience in supporting people with illness and complex and chronic care needs**Essential Requirements*** Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work**Ready to Join Us?**Be part of something meaningful.
