Job Title
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized sales professional to support our sales team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Human Resource Support: employment contracts, leave requests, etc.
* Implementing new business process initiatives to enhance company efficiency.
* Liaising with suppliers and third parties, including IT, Phones, Cleaners, Landlord, etc.
* Managing permanent and contracting requirements, creating and supporting contract execution.
* Maintaining and iterating on existing processes and procedures.
* General sales support services.
* Supporting consultants in their day-to-day tasks to free them up for focused work.
