Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service experience by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Store Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
* Team Training: Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members.
Requirements
* Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
* Certifications: Willingness to obtain a Food Safety and First Aid Certificate.
* Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
