Study Manager - Mechanical
Join our team as a Study Manager - Mechanical and lead the future of industrial expansion. You will spearhead the front‑end engineering phases of a significant chemical plant expansion at CSBP Kwinana, Perth. The role offers the opportunity to shape critical project stages from initiation through concept development, driving innovative solutions and engaging with a wide network of stakeholders. What We Need From You
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
* Senior‑level experience (10+ years) in technical project management within the process industry
* Experience in chemical plant expansions or similar industrial upgrades preferred
* Knowledge of power generation systems such as boilers, turbines and generators
* Proven ability to oversee project initiation, DE, FEED and transition stages
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Technical expertise in process plants, EPCM projects or refinery operations
* Familiarity with front‑end project development and concept design
* Ability to work on‑site at CSBP Kwinana, with one day per week WFH flexibility
* Availability to start as soon as possible, with a contract duration of 6 to 12 months
* Willingness to engage in extensive stakeholder consultation and early project development activities
