We seek an experienced and dynamic leader to provide operational leadership and governance across the clinical support areas of Pharmacy, Medical Imaging, and Pathology ensuring high‑quality, safe, and efficient service delivery. You will play a pivotal role on the senior leadership team, driving innovation, strengthening clinical governance, and enhancing the patient experience across BRHS. Reporting to the Executive Director Medical Services, you will provide leadership to the Chief Pharmacist, Medical Imaging Manager and manage the external pathology service contract. What You'll Bring: * Relevant tertiary qualification in a clinical field eg Medical Imaging Technologist, Sonographer, Pharmacist * Minimum 7 years' experience in a healthcare leadership role, with strong background in operational and financial management in healthcare settings * Ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple departments, ensuring that operational improvements are successfully implemented and aligned with organisational goals * Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems methodically, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions * Expertise in setting and monitoring key performance metrics (KPIs), analysing data and implementing corrective actions * Expertise in managing service contracts, particularly external contracts with providers, including negotiation and performance monitoring Please refer to the position description for full key selection criteria requirements.
