About the Role
Due to significant growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Custom Home Project Coordinator
As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering custom home projects from contract signing through to completion. You'll work closely with our supervisor team and construction manager to adjust and drive project programs, ensuring timelines and targets are met. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys problem‑solving and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and develop project schedules and maintain accurate documentation.
* Purchase orders, take‑offs and coordination of trade and supplier delivery.
* Liaise with clients, trades, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
* Prepare and manage variations, budgets, and compliance requirements.
* Work collaboratively with supervisors and the construction manager to meet KPIs and drive efficiency.
* Uphold Virtue Homes' values and contribute to a positive team culture.
About You
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret building plans.
* Ability to estimate materials and take‑offs.
* Experience in residential construction or estimating (if you are a carpenter looking to get off the tools, or an estimator looking for a new challenge this could be an ideal role for you)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; estimating software experience is a bonus.
* A genuine passion for the building industry and delivering quality outcomes.
