* Manage and deliver Scoping, Pre-Feasibility, and Feasibility Studies.
* Possess experience managing full feasibility studies from inception to completion.
* Perform operational audits, cost-benefit assessments, and benchmarking analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
* Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers, promoting technical excellence and professional growth.
Business Development & Growth
* Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the underground mining client portfolio across Australia and Papua New Guinea.
* Demonstrate a proven business development track record in securing new client engagements.
* Identify, pursue, and secure consulting opportunities with ASX-listed and privately owned mining companies.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with mining operators, project developers, and industry stakeholders.
* Lead proposal development, tender submissions, and commercial negotiations for consulting engagements.
* Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and site visits to strengthen market presence.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to establish annual revenue objectives and growth strategies.
* Contribute to strategic planning and the ongoing development of underground mining service offerings.
Minimum 10 years of underground mining engineering experience required.
Mining Engineering degree qualification essential.
