About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for launching and running a brand-new store from opening day. You will lead from the front, building a strong, fashion-loving team and creating a high-energy, customer-first culture. This is not an "established and steady" store, this is about setting direction, building momentum, and driving results in a fast-moving retail environment. You will be fully accountable for store performance, team leadership, and execution across sales, service, visual standards, and operations. You will be present on the shop floor daily, leading service, coaching your team in real time, and ensuring the store is always performing at a high standard.
