Job Description As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face of the practice and play a key role in keeping our front desk running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include: Greeting and assisting patients with a warm, professional approach Managing appointments and maintaining an organised, efficient schedule Accurately maintaining patient records with a strong focus on confidentiality Liaising with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Handling patient enquiries both in person and over the phone From welcoming patients to coordinating their care, this role is central to delivering a positive patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of the practice. Additionally, there will be opportunities to support the clinical team with dental assisting tasks on an ad hoc basis as required.
