What this role is really about
You'll be managing a case load of awesome small to medium-sized business clients across a range of industries – from trades and construction to creative, legal, and health-based teams.
You'll become their go-to person for all things HR, helping them build strong teams, stay compliant, and solve people-related challenges before they become problems.
What you'll be doing
?Supporting clientswith:
Drafting contracts and policies
Creating SOPs and onboarding processes
Running performance reviews and supporting career progression
Managing offboarding with empathy and clarity
Helping resolve tricky people problems
Assisting with culture improvement and team feedback
?Building relationships:
Meeting with clients regularly
Leading onboarding calls
Working on client strategy alongside our Director
Managing your own diary and deliverables
Ensuring each client feels supported, seen, and heard
?Using your brain:
Navigating Fair Work requirements
Advising on performance, safety, and conduct issues
Thinking ahead – what happens next, and how do we prevent it?
Bringing new ideas to improve client systems and culture
?Contributing to our team:
Supporting our marketing team with content ideas
Collaborating on client success plans
Working within our systems and templates
Identifying when a client needs more and offering real solutions
Who we're looking for
A qualified HR Coordinator ready to step up
A people-focused administrator or team leader who wants to grow into HR
Someone with great people skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others succeed
You'll thrive in this role if you

What you'll need
Certificate IV in Human Resources
Confidence using basic systems and tools (we'll teach you the rest)
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
