The Role You’ll be the go-to person for customers needing support with their security gear - from CCTV and alarms through to access control and networking basics. Some days you’ll be deep in diagnostics; other days, recommending smarter setups or backing up the sales team. Troubleshoot CCTV, alarms, access control, intercoms networking Support customers in person, on the phone and over email Recommend products and guide customers to the right solution Assist with training, demos and supplier escalations Prep quotes and help the sales team during busy periods Assist with staging, warranties and general branch ops Stay across new products and tech Who You Are You might be a graduate, someone coming off the tools, or an IT/networking person wanting something more hands-on.
