**About the Role**
As the Emergency Department, Unit Secretary within Acute and Urgent Care, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive and confidential secretarial, administrative, and reception services to both clinical and administrative teams. You will be the backbone of organisational support, working closely with Senior Management, Network and Site Directors, and other staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining important records, all while delivering high levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

- **Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills**, able to work independently and within a team.
- **Proven customer service skills**, handling difficult situations with confidence and maintaining confidentiality.
