Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of HR Services Advisor. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing service delivery to various stakeholders, monitoring quality and service delivery of outsourced HR services teams, and driving continuous improvement of HR processes.
* Maintain and enhance service delivery to stakeholders by monitoring quality and service delivery of outsourced HR services teams.
* Monitor HR services processes and drive continuous improvement and effective service delivery of BAU tasks.
* Review service delivery with key internal and external stakeholders, conduct formal meetings, communicate performance, and gather user feedback.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also serve as a point of contact for high-priority queries from employees and stakeholders across multiple sites. You will troubleshoot escalated HR system issues impacting Western Canada HR services delivery, provide advice and assistance on company policies and standards, and support project implementations for HR systems.
