We are looking for a professional Legal Receptionist who can offer exceptional front-line reception services to our growing environment.
About You
You are looking for a role that allows you to consolidate your reception skills within a medium-sized, client-focused, and friendly team of professionals.

You possess outstanding customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues.
A knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and computer literacy is required.
Previous reception or administration experience in legal or professional services environment is preferred but not required
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Answering incoming phone calls promptly and directing calls as required
* Accurate message-taking and prompt communication of the message to the appropriate recipient
* Managing reception emails by responding to them or forwarding them to the appropriate staff member
* Meeting and greeting clients, assisting them with queries, and settling them into meeting rooms
* General reception duties including demonstrating the ability to act as a positive ambassador for the firm
* Diary and calendar management
* Board room and client meeting room booking management
* Appropriate handling of confidential client information and documentation including assisting with filing, scanning and document preparation
* Responding to queries by email and correspondence
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Managing stock and ordering of office supplies and stationery
* Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
