* Manage a portfolio of clients across rural, agri, SME and commercial sectors.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through exceptional client service and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build close working relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
2. Negotiate with underwriting partners to achieve the best outcome for clients.
3. Maintain an active sales pipeline to support new business growth.
4. Manage compliance obligations and stakeholder relationships effectively.
Requirements
* Enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to work autonomously.
* Lovely organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
* Sound general insurance technical ability and problem-solving skills.
