Dan Murphy's is Australia's leading alcohol retailer with 290 stores nationwide. We're looking for an ambitious, self‐motivated Store Manager who will take complete ownership of their business and inspire a high‐performing team.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the store team, building commitment and clarity through clear, engaging communication.
* Apply commercial acumen to drive planning, budgeting and key metrics.
* Make community‐centric decisions, using customer feedback as a main pillar in day‐to‐day operations.
* Champion positive change, energising the team around new initiatives and development.
* Develop a talent pipeline, providing coaching and succession planning for the future.
Key Qualifications
* Modern leadership style – balancing business results with genuine compassion and warmth.
* Excellent influencer, capable of rallying both team and customers around the brand.
* Track record of success in retail, sales or hospitality leadership, with aspirations for multi‐site or senior management.
* Ability to manage a fast‐paced environment and prioritise competing demands.
