About Your Role
Scope has an exciting opportunity for a People Business Partner to join our People Team.
Reporting to the People Manager, the People Business Partner will provide operational HR advice and support to managers, employees, and participants with disabilities, focusing on workforce employment pathways.
Your Key Focus
* Provide leadership and advice on industrial/employment relations matters.
* Drive solution-focused conversations that influence client groups to make informed decisions.
* Partner with managers on performance and misconduct issues.
* Collaborate with the operations team to resolve conflicts and facilitate positive employee relations.
* Work with other People Business Partners and teams on implementing improvements or change initiatives.
What We Look For
* Ability to be agile and handle different challenges and personalities.
* Experience in a regulated industry.
* Proven ability to interpret relevant employment legislation.
* Willingness and ability to travel across Victorian and NSW sites.
* Experience in the NFP and/or Disability sector is advantageous.
