As the Senior Test Analyst for the Customer Technology team in the Information Office (CIO), you will help drive the success of application delivery by creating a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will provide testing expertise and execute testing strategies including critical activities such as planning, stakeholder management, reporting, test automation, resource management and risk/ issue management. In the role you will work with the Customer Technology team alongside key business stakeholders and other technology platform teams to deliver change that aligns with the Digital Roadmap and Business improvement initiatives to support the implementation of the Great Southern Bank's Technology Strategy. You are an influential member of the Customer technology team that delivers great customer experiences to our key customer facing channels. We deliver digital self‐service capabilities that enable our customers to bank how they want and when they want. We make our customers lives easier by delivering new features and removing friction. You contribute every day to our pursuit to be better than yesterday.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the best delivery of features by developing quality tests that align with the overall test strategy.
* Work with critical stakeholders for internal and external projects.
* Provide test estimates, create, and execute manual and automation test scenarios as required.
* Create / Maintain automation frameworks suitable for the customer platforms test execution.
* Manage the defect management process and tools ensuring the quality of items raised and adherence to the defined defect lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automation tester.
* Significant Experience with CD/CI tooling such as Jenkins.
* Experience managing automation testing tools such as Selenium (Java).
* Strong digital banking experience with Mobile banking and web platforms.
* Familiar with Jira, Quality Centre/ALM or equivalent tools.
* Degree in IT related discipline, or similar.
