**_Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:_**
- Manage and coordinate the rental team, including providing day to day assistance where required
- Train and support new team members
- Oversee and monitor overall rent roll compliance
- Conduct and manage regular team meetings
- Assist with covering portfolio management during staff absences
- Maintain a high level of service to our client by ensuring the department is running efficiently and effectively
- Prepare and attend VCAT hearings as required
- Manage a portfolio of approx. 50-70 properties

**_The ideal applicant will have:_**
- Proven experience as a Team Leader and/or Senior Property Manager supporting and managing a team
- Minimum qualification of Victorian Agents Representative Certificate / Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- Ability to manage a team, delegate and provide training
- Ability to work under high-pressure with high attention to detail
- Ability to resolve conflict and disputes
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, with diverse backgrounds
- Must have a valid driver licence and reliable vehicle
- Must be willing to provide a valid Police Check
