The successful applicant will:
* have completed Cert IV in Training & Assessment or able to obtain before 20 April 2026
* demonstrate an educational vision consistent with the College mission
* be an excellent classroom practitioner in Careers
* work collaboratively in a team, in the development of curriculum, teaching and assessment materials
* be willing to fulfill the Co-curricular commitments as required to support the holistic education of our students
* demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
* be highly organised with competent IT skills
* be committed to ongoing professional development and personal growth
* be supportive of the Catholic Ethos and the Presentation traditions of the College
The successful applicant will also have a warm and welcoming disposition, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability for self-directed work, flexibility, creativity and excellent attention to detail.
